Returns Policy
We have a 30-day returns policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item(s) to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item(s) must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase in hand should we require it.
To start a return, you can contact us at admin@hexie-international.com with your order number and postcode.
If your return is accepted, instructions on how and where to send your package will be communicated. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted under no circumstances.
Please be aware, you're responsible for the returns postage costs unless damaged or the wrong item(s) were sent.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon reception no longer than 2 days and contact us immediately if the item(s) is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item(s), so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Item(s)
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns for gift cards or used item(s).
Refunds
We will notify you within 2 working days once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically be refunded on your original payment method within 10 working days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
