Estimated delivery
The estimated delivery date gives you an indication of how long it will take to receive the item which is based on the following:

Working days
The estimated delivery is given in carrier working days. Dispatch times don't include Saturdays, Sundays and Public holidays. Transit times don't include Public holidays and Sundays.

Dispatch time
Order dispatch cut off time is 12pm Monday to Friday excluding Public Holiday or stated otherwise.

Delivery services
We offer FREE 2-5 working days delivery service. 

Please note delivery to Scottish Highlands & Offshore Islands (includes Scottish Islands, Isles of Scilly, Channel Islands, Isle of Wight, Isle of Man), and Northern Ireland may take up to 10 working days.

We use Royal Mail as our courier. Please be aware, you're responsible for the returns postage costs unless damaged or the wrong item(s) were sent.

Cleared payment
A payment is considered 'cleared' after your payment has been deposited into our account.

Other factors
Delivery times may vary, especially during seasonal peaks, weather forecast and industrial strikes. 

If we identify a transaction as being potentially fraudulent we may ask our courier to return the goods to our warehouse, we may cancel your order even though you will have received the order confirmation email.
